Ediphy Enterprise
Regulatory infrastructure
and analytics
for institutional markets.
The back-end that powers fairEx and dozens of institutional desks, packaged for venues, banks, APAs, and platform operators. One platform, one operating model.
The thesis
The same infrastructure, available to you.
Ediphy Enterprise exists because the same infrastructure we built as managed-services partner for fairCT (the EU Bond CT), fairEx (our multi-venue execution engine), and our institutional analytics stack is precisely what venues, banks, APAs, and platform operators need for their own regulatory and trading obligations.
Rather than ask every firm to rebuild pricing, reporting, surveillance, and matching from scratch, we package what we already run as productised enterprise services: managed, hosted, or deployed into your own cloud. One platform, one operating model, one commercial relationship.
REGULATOR VIEW
Market participants will benefit from a consolidated view of market activity for bonds in the EU, with a variety of use cases to the benefit of all participants in the EU's fixed income markets.

The build/buy question
In-house build, incumbent vendor, or Ediphy.
Most Enterprise conversations begin in the same place: a CTO and a head of compliance staring at a list of obligations and three uncomfortable options. Build it in-house and inherit a permanent engineering line item. License from an incumbent and inherit their roadmap, pricing model, and certification cadence. Or take the same infrastructure Ediphy already runs in production for fairEx and as managed-services partner for fairCT.
The trade-off is rarely about whether something can be built, it is about who carries the maintenance burden as reporting specifications evolve, tapes come online, and venues change format. Ediphy carries it because we run this infrastructure ourselves. You benefit from the operational maturity without taking on the operational commitment.

Five steps.
From assessment to operate.
Every Ediphy Enterprise engagement follows the same five-step sequence, sized for the product and your deployment preference.
Obligations + product fit
Assess the obligations in scope, identify the right product or combination, and agree the operating model (managed, hosted, or BYOC). Typically two to four weeks.
Shaped engagement + commercials
A shaped engagement and a commercial envelope, scoped to the obligations and deployment preference agreed in the assessment.
BYOC or managed, delivered in phases
Stand up the deployment in your cloud or our environment, delivered in phases against agreed milestones. Standard infrastructure runbooks, standard monitoring.
Data, identity, governance
Integrate data feeds, identity and access, governance controls, and downstream consumers. Certification harnesses for FIX and reporting protocols ship with the product.
24/7 ops, enterprise SLAs
Ediphy operates the product against enterprise SLAs: the same posture we hold ourselves to across our own production infrastructure. Quarterly service reviews, named account team, incident-response commitments.
Connected across the Ediphy stack.
Enterprise products draw on and feed into the rest of the Ediphy platform, so an engagement here is also the doorway to our data, markets, and partner ecosystem.

Next step
Speak to the team.
The best way to understand which Enterprise products fit your operation is a structured scoping call. Bring the obligations you are trying to cover, the cloud posture you need to respect, and the vendors you are looking to consolidate, we will come back with a shaped engagement and a commercial envelope. Most scoping conversations close within two weeks.
